As an experienced and educated Board Certified Behavior Analyst and as a fellow parent to children with neurodiversities, Becky Gruetzmacher, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA is dedicated to helping you determine the personalized goals that are most important to increasing your family's quality of life and working together to achieve them! Becky has more than twenty years of experience supporting individuals with a variety of abilities and diagnoses. She earned her Bachelor's and Master's in Special Education at the University of Maryland and completed an additional graduate program specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis at George Mason University. Becky has supported residents in group-homes and inpatient psychiatric settings, held leadership positions in private in-home agencies, and is a member of several professional organizations. Becky specializes in the compassionate and trauma-informed support of individuals with significant aggressive and self-injurious behavior. She has been a speaker at numerous events. Becky currently works full-time in the school system as an Instructional Facilitator--coaching and supporting Special Education and General Education teams with a trauma-informed approach. She is available on a limited basis to provide family consultations, "Potty Princess" services, sleep support, and for speaking engagements. Let's get started!
